Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour

As an Aero Logistics Engineer, you’ll be part of a highly skilled team supporting the V-22 Osprey and FLRAA programs, shaping the future of flight support and sustainment.
What You’ll DoIn this role, you’ll focus on the analysis and coordination needed to create affordable, supportable military systems for the FLRAA Program. You’ll work closely with design engineers and customers to integrate logistics considerations into system design.
Responsibilities Include:
Supporting the development of support systems within Integrated Product Teams (IPTs)
Creating and maintaining deliverables such as Level of Repair Analysis (LORA), Provisioning/Supply Support, Task/Maintenance Plans, IETMs, paper-based manuals, IPBs, RPSTLs, and support equipment documentation
Ensuring compliance with MIL-STD documentation and industry standards
Assisting in preparation of materials for program reviews and customer presentations
Meeting performance metrics tied to cost, schedule, and quality objectives
QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
3+ years of military aviation experience or 5+ years of general aviation experience
Working knowledge of logistics engineering principles and standards
Familiarity with:
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
Previous experience in a supportability engineering environment is highly desirable

Pay Details: $30.00 to $50.00 per hour
