The Talent Acquisition Advisor manages high-volume and specialized requisitions, develops proactive sourcing strategies, and delivers an exceptional candidate experience with a strong focus on diversity and inclusion. This position is hybrid, requires regular onsite presence, and offers the potential to convert to a permanent role for the right candidate.
Education & Job Requirements
* You must have:
* A bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
* A minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with up to 10 years preferred.
* Experience recruiting in manufacturing and/or engineering environments.
* Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing passive candidates.
* Experience working within an applicant tracking system, including SuccessFactors.
* The ability to manage multiple requisitions across different teams and departments simultaneously.
* The ability to work in a hybrid environment with onsite presence 2–3 days per week, based on location. Preferred Skills
* You will have:
* Experience recruiting within the aerospace industry.
* Experience supporting executive, corporate, and professional-level recruiting.
* Knowledge of SAP HR, Taleo, or similar applicant tracking systems.
* Strong negotiation skills when working with candidates and internal stakeholders.
* Experience coordinating and attending recruitment or hiring events.
* Advanced proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Job Duties & Functions
* You will be able to:
* Participate in and manage the full-cycle recruitment process from requisition intake through offer acceptance.
* Support all stages of the hiring process, including pre-screening, interviews, and offer coordination.
* Partner with hiring managers, site leaders, executive management, and HR partners to assess current and future hiring needs.
* Develop and execute candidate generation strategies while building strong talent pipelines with an emphasis on diversity and inclusion.
* Source and assess passive candidates using advanced search techniques, database mining, social media, and professional networks.
* Conduct spanet research and industry calibration to support competitive hiring strategies.
* Collaborate with internal recruiting teams and external search firms to improve recruiting effectiveness and efficiency.
* Ensure recruiting processes align with organizational talent strategies and the company’s general work requirements.
* Maintain accurate documentation and candidate records within SuccessFactors.
* Promote organizational values, employer branding, and consistent messaging across all recruiting channels.
