Job Type: Full-Time Consultant (12 Months)
Schedule: Monday–Friday First Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $40.93 – $51.28 per hour
Attendance: Regular and predictable attendance is required

As a Staff Analyst within the Production System Training (PST) organization, you’ll be the analytical engine behind training initiatives that directly impact production floor performance. Your work will help leaders make smarter decisions, streamline operations, and elevate employee development.

This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.

What You’ll Do

Lead the planning and execution of employee-related initiatives and training programs.
Partner with leadership to align training strategies with long-term organizational goals.
Analyze and summarize data related to workforce levels, training needs, and facility requirements.
Develop and deliver executive-level briefings and reports.
Coordinate logistics for large meetings, events, and training sessions.
Monitor project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and deploy impactful training content.
Support a dynamic team of 12 in a fast-paced, agile environment.

What You Bring
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of related experience, or equivalent (e.g., Master’s + 4 years, or 10 years of relevant experience).
Strong background in data analysis and/or training coordination.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in aerospace or manufacturing environments.
Familiarity with training systems, workforce planning, or organizational development tools.

Pay Details: $40.93 to $51.28 per hour
