Role Summary
* In this role, you will be responsible for providing application and server administration for the client’s PLM platform. You will balance daily operational support with project work while delivering technical solutions and strong customer service to business users. Education & Job Requirements
* You must have
* A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a similar field.
* A minimum of 5 years of experience with application and server administration using
* Windows and Linux.
* A minimum of 5 years of experience with PLM system administration using Dassault Systèmes solutions.
* A good understanding of user authentication methods, including Kerberos, SAML 2.0, and LDAP.
* Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting with the ability to work independently when needed.
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
* The ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment, solve problems, and learn new skills and technologies as needed.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex issues to diverse audiences. Preferred Skills
* You will have
* Familiarity with development, collaboration, and testing tools such as JIRA, Git, and SVN.
* A basic understanding of databases.
* Experience with Red Hat Linux.
* Experience using Matrix Query Language (MQL).
* Strong organizational, analytical, multitasking, and time management skills. Job Duties & Functions
* You will be able
* Assist the IT PLM administration team with support of engineering applications, including ENOVIA, 3DEXPERIENCE, and Cameo or Teamwork Cloud, including patching, upgrades, and end-user support.
* Deliver creative solutions focused on mitigating recurring issues and reducing manual troubleshooting.
* Collaborate with IT peers to ensure adherence to security controls, vulnerability management, hardware and software currency, and reporting requirements.
* Provide quick and efficient support for incidents and outages.
* Deliver direct and responsive communication to business users regarding issues, planned maintenance activities, and project deliverables.
* Work effectively with process owners and subject matter experts to understand business requirements.
* Create and update support documentation, ensuring accuracy and appropriate detail.
