Job Title: Order and Delivery Specialist Department: 2113 – Contract and Delivery Pay Type: Non-Exempt EEO Class: Sales Workers | Essential Job Functions Administer Aircraft Sales Contracts and Order Process from Yearly Completion Schedules and Databases, Aircraft Purchase Agreements, Specifications, Configuration, Invoicing and Aircraft Delivery to ensure aircraft is built to customer specifications and standards. Record Aircraft Specifications requirements and due dates for equipment, interior, exterior and FAA registration and communicate with dealers to ensure company schedules are met. Work with customer to prepare and record Aircraft Specification documents including Equipment, Interior and Exterior specifications to be entered into ERP system. Assists with Delivery Prep of Aircraft, including: fueling; updating data bases and subscriptions; and visual inspections. Executes Aircraft Delivery Process including Customer scheduling, creating Service Work Orders, Aircraft Delivery paperwork, and Customer tours when needed. Assist in creating and maintaining invoices for Department and Aircraft Purchase Agreements Performs administrative duties to include, but not limited to, answering customer phone calls and critical email correspondence which requires discretionary skills. Monitor Department data to ensure data integrity in Piper’s ERP system, PACT system, Database and E-files, including but not limited to Aircraft Product Descriptions, Aircraft Price Lists, Aircraft Paint Extension, Sales Quotations, Aircraft Sales Orders, Aircraft Product Variant, Aircraft Registration Numbers, Invoices, Installment Schedules, Afterspanet requirements, Invoicing and Aircraft Deliveries. Manages the prioritization of required work, ensuring business critical activities are completed in a timely manner. Performs other related duties as required. |
