Be at the Forefront of Aerospace Compliance InnovationPDS Tech Commercial is seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Operations Specialist with a passion for compliance and innovation to support one of the world’s leading aerospace programs. In this key role, you’ll safeguard U.S. export interests, ensure strict ITAR compliance, and guide international collaboration in a fast-moving industry that shapes the future of space and defense.
Your Mission: What You’ll DoInterpret and assess technical data for export under ITAR/U.S. Government regulations
Approve export activities and ensure compliance with all regulatory authorizations
Provide expert guidance on international collaborations and regulatory standards
Deliver training and support on export control plans and authorization use
Manage export documentation and maintain records in full compliance
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering teams to understand launch vehicle hardware and regulated technologies
What You Bring: Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
Proven experience with ITAR compliance and technical data review
Strong communication skills — both verbal and written
Detail-oriented and collaborative mindset
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Bonus Points: Preferred QualificationsBackground in engineering and regulatory compliance
Experience in the aerospace and/or defense industry
Knowledge of launch vehicle systems or technical aerospace hardware

Pay Details: $47.62 to $57.18 per hour
