Job Summary
Responsible for all administrative matter and operational support across multiple departments in DC (Curacao, Bonaire and Sint Maarten). The position requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to handle daily tasks efficiently.
Job Responsibilities
- Weekly/Monthly roster upload in system
- Daily shift approval in system
- Daily Overtime Productivity sheet update
- Expedite Early Meal Vouchers for CLA employees
- Expedite Daily Overtime Meal Vouchers
- Expedite Meal Vouchers for Training session
- Invoice preparation for payment outsourced
- Airline Excess Baggage verification
- Office Supplies Order & inventory record keeping
- Cold & Hot Beverage Supplies & inventory record keeping
- Ice bags order & inventory record keeping.
- Booking ticket fare, hotel fare, transportation and preparation of Travel request Form and Daily Allowance if required
- Assist with the recruiting process by making the appointments with the possible candidates for the Job Interviews and preparing the CV’s and Interview Forms
- Assisting HR by providing uniforms (New & overused)
- Providing PPE to employees & inventory record keeping.
- Assisting and coordinating/ organizing special event
- Uploading/Updating ground service equipment information in system if required
- Coordination with vendors and/or sole proprietorship to repair and/or service any items related to Ground Handling
- Arrange ROA for visitor’s (temporary) badges
- Arrange work permit for non-residents
- Assist GH Operation Manager DC with any additional adhoc administrative task which can present on hand unexpectedly for all Dutch Caribbean stations
Qualifications and Competencies
- HAVO/ VWO/SBO degree or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years Administrative experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good communication skills in English oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
- Above-average ability to work under pressure
- Numerate and detail oriented
