Schedule: Monday–Friday First Shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Pay Rate: $28–$30 per hour
Be the Backbone of a High-Performing Aerospace WorkforcePDS Tech Commercial is seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Support professional to assist a leading aerospace organization in Wichita, KS. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining HR systems, supporting employees at all levels, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulatory requirements.
Your accuracy, discretion, and organizational skills will directly contribute to workforce stability, employee engagement, and operational success.
What You’ll DoAs Human Resources Support, you will handle a wide range of personnel and clerical responsibilities across the HR function. Your daily work will include:
Maintaining both manual and automated personnel records
Collecting, compiling, and reporting sensitive and confidential HR data and statistics
Managing relationships between internal and external Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
Furnishing information to authorized individuals and agencies in accordance with procedures
Providing guidance to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and employee services
Supporting areas such as benefits, compensation, education/training, employment, and EEO compliance
Assisting with compliance initiatives including labor laws, EEO guidelines, and audit support
Collaborating with HR team members to improve processes and systems that attract, reward, and retain talent
Supporting work-life initiatives and employee recognition programs
Required Qualifications3–5 years of HR experience
Experience with HR data and records management
Working knowledge of HR compliance requirements (labor laws, EEO guidelines, audits, etc.)
Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Strong collaboration skills across internal and external teams
Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office tools
Preferred QualificationsDegree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred but not required)
Experience working in a structured or regulated industry environment

Pay Details: $28.00 to $30.00 per hour
