Job Summary

As an HR and Employee Relations Specialist, your role involves managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with Moroccan labor laws, and supporting HR operations such as contracts, payroll, insurance, and administration. You serve as the main point of contact for employee matters, maintain accurate HR documentation, coordinate payroll and benefits, and ensure data integrity in HR systems and reports.

Your activities

  1. Employee Relations & Labor Law Compliance
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters.
  • Ensure proper application of Moroccan Labor Code and internal regulations across all HR processes.
  • Collaborate with unions or employee representatives when needed, supporting a constructive social dialogue.
  • Prepare documentation for disciplinary cases, hearings, and terminations, ensuring legal and procedural compliance.
  1. HR Administration & Documentation
  • Draft, manage, and renew employment contracts, addenda, and all related HR documentation.
  • Maintain employee personnel files (physical and digital) in accordance with legal requirements.
  • Ensure timely issuance of administrative documents: attestations, work certificates, etc.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes from an administrative standpoint.
  1. Payroll & Insurance Administration
  • Collect and verify all payroll-related inputs (attendance, absences, sanctions, etc.).
  • Coordinate with internal payroll team to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
  • Manage employee registration and claims with CNSS, AMO, CIMR, and any private insurance providers.
  • Track and report payroll-related issues such as unpaid leaves, penalties, and settlements.
  1. HRIS & Reporting
  • Ensure regular and accurate updates of employee data in the HR Information System.
  • Support deployment and maintenance of digital HR tools.
  • Prepare monthly HR reports (headcount, absenteeism, contract status, insurance claims).
  • Contribute to audits and HR compliance reports.

Your profile

  • Education: Bachlor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in HR operations, with a strong focus on employee relations and labor law compliance in Morocco.
  • Technical Skills:
    • In-depth understanding of Moroccan Labor Code and HR legal frameworks.

    • Familiarity with payroll processes, CNSS, AMO, CIMR, and insurance administration.

    • Experience with HRIS systems and digital HR tools.

  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.

    • Excellent organizational and documentation abilities.

    • High attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive data confidentially.

    • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word) and HR software.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and Arabic; English is an asset.
