Role Summary
* In this role, you will perform composite fabrication setup, machine operations, and fabrication tasks to support composite production requirements. Education & Job Requirements
* You must have
* Composite fabrication experience.
* Experience performing machine operations.
* Ability to follow detailed work instructions.
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
* A high school diploma or GED.
* Ability to work variable 1st and 2nd shift schedules on a 4/10 schedule.
* Ability to work 100 onsite.
* Ability to successfully complete 1 week of classroom training.
* Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance. Preferred Skills

* Experience operating an overhead crane. Job Duties & Functions
* You will be able
* Perform composite lay-up, fabrication, and assembly tasks.
* Perform composite bagging and forming operations.
* Perform composite drilling and bonding operations.
* Prepare tooling for fabrication operations.
* Set up and operate fabrication machines.
* Operate overhead cranes when required.
