Job Type: Full-Time Consultant (12-Month Contract)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (First Shift)
Pay Rate: $30.36/hour
Work Environment: Fully On-Site
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). As a Customer Account Executive, you’ll be the vital link between our clients and the solutions they need—ensuring aircraft stay in the sky and customers stay satisfied.
What You’ll Do- Serve as the primary contact for airlines, MROs, and brokers regarding afterspanet spare parts.
- Guide customers through our global Spares and Technical Service portal.
- Manage customer accounts, resolve inquiries, and ensure timely communication.
- Collaborate with Engineering and MRO teams to meet customer needs.
- Handle credit negotiations and invoice follow-ups.
- Lead real-time problem resolution and provide regular reports to management.
- Process orders and quotes, and redirect queries as needed.
- Maintain accurate records in the ERP system.
- Coordinate with shipping and inventory teams to track and expedite orders.
- Communicate engineering changes to customer purchasing teams.
- Support sales teams and identify inside sales opportunities.
- Promote products and services to meet business goals.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
What We’re Looking ForRequired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree + 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work alternate shifts or holidays as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Multilingual communication skills.
- Experience in aerospace or technical customer service.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and customer portals.

Pay Details: $30.36 per hour
