Tens of millions of customers engage with these products every year providing the airline, our partners, and advertisers access to a high-value, captive audience.
The Analyst Partnership Development, will support IFE&C monetization efforts across various verticals by managing existing marketing and advertising partnerships and driving new business growth across the JetBlue inflight experience. This role sits at the intersection of media, tech, and travel and provides autonomy to deliver meaningful business results and career growth. The Analyst is a customer-focused professional who is skilled at building and maintaining relationships at all levels within and outside of the organization. Essential Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with JetBlue’s existing inflight entertainment partners with a focus on growth and renewal
- Identify, conduct outreach, and pitch to new advertisers and partners for JetBlue’s IFE&C products to drive incremental revenue growth
- Create compelling advertiser proposals utilizing a mix of inflight media, live events at JFK, and custom aircraft liveries slated to deliver on partnership KPIs
- Account manage day-to-day partnership operations including advertising campaign approvals, trafficking, and reporting
- Develop an understanding of the entire inflight entertainment and connectivity ecosystem including complex tech stacks and technical specifications
- Review and negotiate contracts and insertion orders with prospective partners
- Create, maintain, and optimize processes to drive operational efficiencies
- Ideate and implement new monetization opportunities leveraging existing technology, emerging technology, and through first-to-market partnerships
