The Training and Assurance Administrator supports assurance activities and the effective delivery of training programmes across the PLM organisation. The role ensures that competency frameworks, compliance requirements, and governance standards are maintained through accurate administration, coordination, and reporting.
This role will act as a key enabler for capability development and assurance, ensuring training records are up to date, assessments are coordinated, and assurance outputs are captured, tracked, and reported.
Key Responsibilities
Assurance & Governance Support
- Support delivery of assurance activities (e.g. audits, reviews, health checks)
- Maintain assurance trackers and track actions from reviews
- Follow up actions, and recommendations
- Support actions related to the 5 year plan
- Support governance forums with documentation and reporting
- Support administration of Aviation Safety
Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate and secure records across training and assurance activities
- Support data analysis to identify trends and improvement areas
- Support the tracking of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Systems & Tools
- Administer and support systems such as:
- Learning Management Systems (LMS) - Workday
- Document management systems (e.g. MS Dynamics / SharePoint / Shared Drives etc)
- Ensure data integrity and version control
- Support continuous improvement of systems and processes
Training Administration
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions
- Maintain training calendars, joining instructions, and logistics
- Manage learner registrations and attendance tracking
- Maintain accurate training records within learning management systems (Workday)
- Produce regular training reports and dashboards
Must Have:
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Experience in an administrative or coordination role
- Experience managing data and producing reports
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong organisational and planning skills
