Crew Controller
Based in Budapest
Purpose of the role
To provide and maintain oversight of the proper allocation and utilization of Wizz Air flight deck and cabin crew members during daily and short-term operations.
Responsibilities
- Continuously tracking, monitoring and modification of the flight deck and cabin crew rosters during day-to-day operations (+72 hours)
- Providing adequate crew members on the day of operation in case of any crew shortage
- Monitoring crews on-time check-in for flight and other duties
- Continuous checking of the duty and flight time limitations
- Checking notifications and notifying crew members
- Running reports
- Reporting issues
- Filling the daily operations checklist
- Cooperating with other departments
- Performing other duties assigned by the Senior Crew Controller, Crew Control Team Manager, or Head of Operations Control
Experience
- No previous aviation experience required
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is a plus, but not required
Language
- Fluent spoken and written English
