Boeing Global Services (BGS) Distribution Business is looking for an Accountant (Experienced or Senior) in Hialeah, FL.

As an Accountant (Level 3 or Level 4), you will play a key role in guiding critical business decisions and innovative solutions and optimize working capital for the world’s leading aerospace company.
Primary Position Responsibilities:
Perform critical Accounts Payables functions for BDSI’s suppliers, focusing on payment method optimization
Ensure compliance and champion internal controls and procedures
Analyze data and provide business insights to aid decision making by business and finance leaders
Train and guide other teammates on expanded reporting capabilities
Engage with the business partners to assess internal and external factors, their impact on business performance and to achieve organizational objectives
Establish or enhance processes and tools to optimize functional effectiveness.
Utilize advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field
5+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance
5+ years of experience with the Microsoft Excel application using: formulas, VLookup, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheet
Work experience with SAP, including reporting capabilities
Experience analyzing, interpreting, preparing, and reconciling financial information
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
8+ year of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
1+ years of experience working with Accounts Payable research
Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and demanding team environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills both virtually and in person
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience is required.

Summary pay range (Experienced): $70,000 - $100,000
Summary pay range (Senior): $87,000 - $123,000
